Community lunch is served in the Schroer Commons three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (at nominal cost to members of the Eden Community). A weekly Monday evening potluck supper is also held in the Commons.

The Schroer Commons is available for rent by individuals, groups or organizations. The flexible space is fully air conditioned and features a large stone fireplace and hearth.

French doors open to a shaded brick patio that overlooks the grounds of the Eden campus. Tables and umbrellas allow comfortable outdoor seating and dining.
